SHIPPING

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders fulfilled from locations other than the Canadian Cartel's warehouse located in Montreal, QC, Canada may occasionally require additional time for processing; where this is known to exceed 3 business days, the customer will be notified.

RETURNS

Returns on defective items only, must be returned within 14 days of purchase and in the condition they were purchased, including all packaging.

AEGs & GBBRs airsoft issues, please refer to warranty card in box received.

Any cancellations on placed orders or pre-orders are subject to a 5% restocking fees.
