Refund policy

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL AS OF NOVEMBER 22nd, 2024 due to Black Friday discounts while supplies lasts!

 

 

NO LONGER IN EFFECT:

  • Returns accepted on defective items ONLY and IF product has no replacement, must be returned within 14 days of purchase, unworn/unused and in the condition they were purchased, including all packaging and tags. If product has a replacement, the item will simply be exchanged. Canadian Cartel will send courier for pick up in the province of Quebec and Ontario, for the rest of Canada, Canadian Cartel will pay shipping up to a maximum flat rate of $15 plus applicable taxes. 

 

  • If you wish to exchange clothing for a different size, they must be unworn and in the condition they were purchased, including all packaging and tags. Please note the shipping costs are covered by the customer for both the return and the exchanged product(s).

  • AEGs & GBBRs airsoft issues: Please refer to warranty card in box received.

 

  • Cancellations & Pre-Orders: Any cancellations on placed orders or pre-orders are subject to a 6% restocking fees.


  • Special Orders: We do not accept returns on special orders. These are considered final sale.


  • Orders for Airsoft Guns outside of Canada: Due to the different requirements of each country, we do not ship airsoft guns outside of Canada. Orders placed for shipping outside of Canada will be cancelled and subject to a 6% restocking fees.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.  Orders fulfilled from locations other than the Canadian Cartel's warehouse located near Montreal, QC, Canada may occasionally require additional time for processing; where this is known to exceed 3 business days, the customer will be notified.

Please Note: 

All orders are shipped with $100 insurance if you would like full coverage simply email us at sales@canadiancartel.ca and we will add the additional insurance and send you an invoice for the additional insurance cost from carrier.

Once a package has left our facility we are not responsible for delivery delays experienced by carriers. Should there be any issues, you must contact the carrier directly.
